Shelby holds a degree in Applied Science for Cosmetology and brings both skill and heart to every service she offers. Esther Eller is a Helena native and licensed cosmetologist with nearly 20 years of experience. She’s proud to be part of the Harmony Salon family, where she brings creative energy and a thoughtful, client-centered approach to every service.

Esther offers haircuts, color, foil highlights, dimensional color, trend colors, and wedding/special occasion styling. She especially enjoys designing easy-to-maintain, wash-and-wear cuts and customizing color—whether soft and natural or bold and vibrant—to reflect each client’s personality and lifestyle.

Having grown up with a deep respect for nature and the environment, Esther is passionate about using naturally derived, eco-friendly, cruelty-free, and high-quality products that support both hair health and sustainability. She works with O&M CØR.color to deliver bright, beautiful results while maintaining hair integrity.

In addition to her work at the salon, Esther also practices Rolfing® at a separate location. This holistic bodywork method focuses on the body’s fascia to improve alignment, reduce tension, and bring greater ease to everyday movement.

Lynn is a Helena native and licensed cosmetologist who brings warmth, experience, and care to every service she provides. After raising her family and enjoying a fulfilling career within the Helena school district and local small businesses, Lynn followed her lifelong dream of becoming a hairstylist. In 2007, she made that dream a reality.

Now semi-retired, Lynn continues to share her passion for beauty and personal care with the community she loves. She offers services one day a week at Harmony Salon, providing expert care to both women and men.

Lynn specializes in haircuts, color, foil highlights, dimensional color, traditional perms, manicures, pedicures, and facial waxing. She is especially known as our go-to stylist for classic perms and for clients looking to treat themselves to a relaxing pedicure. Her thoughtful, personalized approach and commitment to professionalism make her a valued member of our team.

Angie Wages is a longtime Helena-area resident and licensed cosmetologist with over 30 years of experience. She is a certified O&M CØR.color technician and is passionate about using naturally derived, eco-friendly, cruelty-free, and high-quality products in all her services.

Angie provides a wide range of offerings, including haircuts, coloring, foil highlights, dimensional color, perms, lash extensions and lifts, manicures, pedicures, facial waxing, and eyebrow tinting. Her work reflects her dedication to enhancing both inner and outer beauty for each client.

After stepping away from the industry to raise her family, Angie re-entered the salon world around 15 years ago with renewed passion. In 2017, she expanded her skills by training in lash extensions and has been creating personalized lash styles ever since. Her attention to detail and artistic approach make lashes one of her favorite specialties.

Angie thrives in a creative environment and is proud to be part of Harmony Salon, where she continues to offer thoughtful, personalized services to the community.

Valerie Dunlap – Stylist

Valerie is a proud East Helena native and a graduate of Maddio’s Cosmetology class of 1991. With over 30 years of continuous experience in the beauty industry, she brings a wealth of knowledge, refined skill, and a deep dedication to her craft.

After owning and operating her own salon for more than 25 years, Valerie chose to step away from the demands of small business ownership and bring her expertise to Harmony Salon. She now offers her services on a part-time basis, providing personalized, high-quality care to her loyal clientele.

Valerie specializes in haircuts, coloring, and perms, and is known for her professionalism, attention to detail, and long-standing commitment to the art of hairstyling.

Robin Burk – Stylist & Owner

Robin Burk is the owner and operator of Harmony Salon and a proud Helena native. With over 30 years of experience as a licensed cosmetologist, she brings deep expertise and a passion for individualized, sustainable beauty.

She is certified in cutting, coloring, styling, makeup, and aromatherapy, and is also a certified O&M CØR.color colorist. Robin offers haircuts, color, foil highlights and dimensional color, beard trims, facial waxing, and occasional pedicures—working with all hair types and textures.

Her focus on naturally derived, eco-friendly, cruelty-free, and high-quality products reflects her long-standing commitment to healthy beauty and a healthier planet. Robin has also given back to the Helena arts community for over 20 years, volunteering behind the scenes with Queen City Ballet.

She looks forward to continuing to serve the Helena community through her craft and care as both a stylist and small business owner.

Neal Block – Maintenance & Support

Neal is a longtime Helena resident and the husband of Harmony Salon owner, Robin Burk. After working a full day in construction, he comes to the salon to handle maintenance needs, tidy up retail displays, restock shelves, and even fold towels when needed. He understands that it’s the small details that contribute to a successful and welcoming environment.

More than just support staff, Neal played a key role in bringing Robin’s dream of owning a salon to life. When the right location was found, he dedicated his time and craftsmanship to transform the space using his expert carpentry skills. Thanks to his hard work and ability to see Robin’s vision, Harmony Salon has become the beautiful, functional space we are proud to call home.
